StreetBiz was formulated in  Oregon 7 years ago a small family-owned company now based in Atlanta. Upon living England and Oregon for a number of years our roots ultimately brought us back to the Atlanta area where I graduated from high school went to college and met my husband. We have owned and sold single-family rental units and are trained in multi-family acquisitions but in todays market we focus on house flipping in fact one of our houses was featured on HGTV Atlanta. It was located in the northwest area of town within a mile of the mercedes-benz stadium. Our project have taken us all over the Atlanta metro area beginning with Oakland city, East point, Jonesboro and Villarreca just to name a few. Each of  these projects brought unique challenges at times head scratching moments however those challenges brought opportunities for us to add our expertise and skill set. At StreetBizREI we offer busy people opportunities to invest passively yet earn significantly higher returns in real estate; we also offer education on how to purchase and sell real estate using tax advantage self-directed retirement accounts.
